Fawnzee is a new app for people planning events in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. They tell us what they need and their budget, and you only get requests whose budget fits, or comes close to, your prices. Joining is free; you pay a fee only when you’re booked through the app.

Add your services, packages and prices, how far you travel and the dates you’re free. We’ll help you set it up, in English or Spanish.

Families pick the vendors they need and set a budget for each. If your price fits their budget, or comes close, the request can come to you. Send an offer or pass: it’s your call.
Las familias eligen los proveedores que necesitan y ponen un presupuesto para cada uno. Si tu precio cabe en su presupuesto, o casi, te pueden mandar la solicitud. Tú decides si mandas una oferta o no.
The family signs the contract and pays your deposit right in the app. The balance is charged automatically before the event, and your money is released to you 48 hours after the event if no problem is reported.
La familia firma el contrato y paga tu anticipo ahí mismo. El saldo se cobra automáticamente antes del evento, y tu dinero se libera 48 horas después del evento si no se reporta ningún problema.

The deposit is collected when the family books and the balance is charged automatically before the event. You get paid through the app after the event: no reminders, no awkward texts.

Every booking comes with a contract the family signs in the app, with your package, price, deposit and payment dates. You can add your own terms.

Families see your photos, packages and prices, but not your name until you send an offer, and not your contact info until they pay the deposit. That makes it harder for anyone to take your info and book outside the app.

Yes. Creating your profile and listing your services is free. There are no lead fees, no monthly subscription and no charge to answer requests. Fawnzee only earns when you get booked through the app.

It comes out of the payments the family makes in the app, so there’s nothing to pay upfront or every month. Every offer shows what you’d receive before you send it: on a $1,000 booking you’d receive $850, or $930 at the founding rate on your first 3 bookings. Families pay exactly your price, with no fee added on their side.

A family creates their event (date, city, number of guests) and picks the types of vendors they need, with a budget for each. Fawnzee shows them vendors who travel to their area, are free that date and whose prices fit their budget (or come close), and the family sends requests to the ones they like. You can send an offer or decline.
You set your own prices, packages, service area and available dates, and you can pause requests whenever you need a break.
La familia crea su evento (fecha, ciudad, número de invitados) y elige qué proveedores necesita, con un presupuesto para cada uno. Fawnzee le muestra los proveedores que van a su zona, tienen libre esa fecha y cuyo precio cabe en su presupuesto (o casi), y la familia les manda solicitudes a los que le gustan. Tú decides si mandas una oferta o la rechazas.

When the family books, they sign the contract and pay your deposit (you choose 25% to 50%). The balance is charged automatically before the event: 14, 30, 45 or 60 days before, your choice.
Every payment stays in your own Stripe balance until 48 hours after the event ends. If no problem is reported, it’s paid out to your bank account through Stripe, our payment processor.

Under our Payment Protection Policy, a family has until 48 hours after the event to report a problem Payment Protection handles, like a no-show, arriving late or something in the contract that wasn’t provided. It doesn’t handle matters of taste or the weather. You get 72 hours to answer with your side and any evidence before we decide, and a person on our team decides within 5 business days after that. If nothing is reported, your payout is released on its date.

You’ll enter your own ID and bank details directly in Stripe’s payout setup. We will never ask you to send them by text, email or form.
